So far so good. I've had this case for two months thus far and it's held up to my bruising routine of being shoved in a bag with hefty books, random pointy things and lots of movement based friction. Folds flat nicely though I usually never utilize the feature as it becomes a ninja case in my cluttered bag leading to the big dumping out and marveling at my collection of receipts, old cough drops, lotion, and assorted others. I get compliments on the pattern all the time and I simply adore it.
